CURRENT WAITING TIMES FOR THIS KILT IS STATED ABOVE (WHERE YOU WOULD CHOOSE YOUR SIZES FOR THE KILT).

Please note: custom made/bespoke items are excluded from our returns policy except for when a genuine defect has been identified. It is VERY important that you measure correctly using these 5 easy steps.
Make sure you have someone help you take these measurements for accurate measurements. Stand straight, feet together, face forwards with your head up.

Step 1: Measure your waist.

Measure your natural waist (usually level with your naval). Take a firm measurement so your kilt will sit comfortably without falling down. Stand straight but relaxed. Do not hold your breath.

Step 2: Measure your seat.

The seat measurement is a loose measurement over pants/trousers at the widest part of your bottom/hips. Ensure that your pockets are empty and your feet are kept together. Take the measurement with 3 fingers inside the tape so the measurement is not too tight.

Step 3: Measure Kilt Length.

The length measurement should be taken from the top of your hip bone (usually level with your naval) to the middle of the knee cap.

Step 4: Measure Your Height.

Remove your shoes and stand straight against a wall standing on a hard surface (not a carpet). Measure from your heel to the top of your head. This measurement is required to help determine the drop length you have requested is correct.

Step 5: Sett or Stripe.

Traditionally a civilian kilt is pleated to the sett and a military kilt is pleated to the stripe. But the preference is up to you.
