Returns / Exchanges

Kilts from our 'Bespoke Made in Scotland Kilts' section are exempt from our returns/exchange policy except where a genuine defect has been identified.

EXCHANGES:   At Affordable Kilts, we guarantee your satisfaction completely. We will gladly exchange your item for you if it does not fit correctly or if you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason. However, you will be responsible for the cost to ship the original item back to us, plus there may be a fee of $20 to cover the cost of shipping the replacement item out to you. So, it is very important that you measure properly and get everything right the first time. Of course, there will be no exchange fees or fees of any type if the reason for the exchange is due to our error.

Important: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, with tags still attached and in the same, brand new condition that you received it.
